    Frequently Asked Questions

    Do I have to leave the house during treatment?
    No! You are welcome to stay in the house during treatment so long as you are in a non-treated room.
    What if I have pets?
    Air Quality Treaters require pets to be kennelled during treatment. If the homeowner is absent, the pets must be kept in a non-treated room.
    Can my children be in the home during treatment?
    Yes, as long as a parent or guardian accompanies them. Technicians will not be inside with unaccompanied minors.
